Terms and Conditions
By signing up for the sessions all clients are bound to the
regulations of Real U Holistic Self Discovery Center. When you set up
an appointment through the online system or by phone, it is understood
that you have read the terms and conditions and you agree completely.
Session Bundles and Programs
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows.
You must qualify for the following:
1. Your Payment must have been received in full to portray commitment to
the entire structure of the program
2. you must attend the program in it's entirety. This means that
client attended all the sessions necessary and has done all the
necessary homework and follow up tools reasonably well.
3. By committing to any of our programs, client understands and agrees
to follow the new behaviors and patterns and writing assignments and diet if
necessary to achieve lasting results.
4. If you request a refund half way through the program you will not be
eligible. This program only works when followed thoroughly
5. Refunds or qualification for refunds are followed up with through the
financial department or The mediation center that works hand in hand with your coach or therapist.
5. Any time spent with therapist discussing financial matters is
considered therapy time and is billable to you or will use up your
hours.
6. Once you have notified your therapist of your discontinue or
refund action, your therapist must notify the Mediation department within
two weeks from that time. You should receive an email that walks you
through the process.
7. Therapy is a process that takes effort and follow through on the
part of the client. As such, a lack of continuation in appointment is
an indication that follow through is not done on your part.
In one of the sessions your therapist will take out a special sheet of
paper and discuss with you the exact behavior changes that is bound to
occur as a result of your follow through. This paper is the point of
focus and the results you will reach by attending. You may ask for a
copy of it. This is the relied upon form of modification.All other
verbal discussions are not guaranteed, except this behavior modification.
Client must do all the follow through in a timely manner for program to be effective.
8. Our programs are meant to be done continuously for the amount of
sessions required to yield good results. We recommend a maximum of six
weeks interval for every four sessions to be completed. Failure to
stick to this valuable program timing method disqualifies you from
refund qualification or applying for financial customer relations
department.
9. Upon your first session or before, your therapist will ask you
to go on the website and review certain material. This is a
requirement for the program and must be done in order to qualify for
this department. There you will also see the terms and conditions which are on the site.
Payment Structure
All programs are divided in to two sessions of payments. For
example a four session program will require a half deposit to start
and the other half must be paid in advance before the start of the
second session. We recommend you make your payments online before you
attend as to avoid using up your therapy or coaching time for
financial paperwork.
All time spent on financial paper work will count as coaching time
unless done online.
Appointments and Cancellations
In order to attend an appointment you must book it online with our
book now tool. This is a required registration and will both help us be
more organized with your time.It will help you by sending you email
reminders before your appointment and ask for your feedback which will
help us improve.
Appointments made verbally or by text or any other method are under no
circumstances considered final unless you book them online .
A missed appointment is considered a used up session and will also
disqualify you from refund policy, unless you make up the lost time by attending and making your payment on time.
You may cancel an appointment with a 24 hour notice. Any appointments
cancelled with a less than 24 hour notice are considered used up
appointments. You may however pay half the amount of a session value
to reschedule a missed appointment to your benefit.
